Vigor health and fitness prepares seminars for specific groups (e.g. teachers, coaches, sporting clubs). The sessions can be as practical or theory based as desired. The topics covered include;

• Exercise & lifestyle (e.g. strength development)
• Nutrition (e.g. dietary advice specific to the group)
• Workplace Stretching (e.g. warm up, warm down routines)
