 What is Vigor Health & Fitness all about?
The Vigor Health & Fitness concept was initially developed by Liam Delany through a lifetime of active pursuits combined with the frustration of injury and illness. This has grown to incorporate an observation of people's approach to exercise in Australia. Geordie McLeod joined forces with Liam in 2009 to help promote the Vigor aim. Too many people let small reasons prevent them from keeping healthy and fit which ultimately leads to unhappiness. Vigor Health & Fitness is all about being 'Healthy, Fit and Happy'.
The focus is on improving your well being through a range of health modalities and group exercise —the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle. Along the way if you get an injury or illness the Vigor Clinic can help you get back on track. The Vigor Clinic a broad range of treatment options including Osteopathy, Massage, Naturopathy and Podiatry. Anyone can benefit from these modalities and our experienced practitioners will be able to assist you with your treatment and management plan. The Vigor Group Exercise is for everyone, if you don't already know how to do your stretch and strength work, run, ride, swim and paddle, we will teach you. With these skills you will have the tools to be independent in your health and fitness pursuits. However, our group training attracts an awesome bunch of people so you'll want to continue playing with us!!
