cityThe aim of this seminar is to improve the exercise and lifestyle of the attendees. For this to happen, discussion prior to the seminar to find out the groups strengths and weaknesses to ensure the seminar is specifically beneficial to the group attending the seminar.

The seminar starts with a group discussion of the current model of exercise and lifestyle. This leads to ideas and methods for implementing improvements. Each attendee is required to commit to one thing they will change for the better in their life.

When appropriate there will be a practical component to the seminar which will allow demonstrations of exercises (specific strengthening or flexibility exercises for those attending) and time for everyone to practice.

Motivation and exercise progressions will be covered to ensure the seminar changes the groups approach to exercise and lifestyle for short and long term benefit.
