We have a wide variety kayaks and surf ski's available for hire, whether it be for an event, weekend away or extended holiday. This will determine the price, just send Liam an email with specific details of what you want to do with the boat and when and Liam will reply with a quote and pick up/drop off details. Generally Vigor members get a discount, it's also preferable you paddle with Liam at least once so he can understand your ability. It's important to have the right boat to match the ability of the paddler and the venue. In some cases Liam will transport the boats to the venue or event so the cost of transport is factored in.

Beginner Boats:

Endorfinn (1)- good all round sit-on top plastic surf ski, if you haven't paddled before or have limited experience this is a good one to start on.

Sprinter (9)- Similar to the Endorfinn but has extra storage room and an ocean paddle nose instead of the surf ski nose.

Intermediate Boats:

Spirit PRS (1)- A fast but stable plastic surf ski, it's adjustable and very versatile. You can use this in the ocean, river and even white water.

Stealth Strika (1)- Fenn XT equivalent, this is a fast but stable fiberglass surf ski, perfect for those racing with some experience but not quite ready to buy the top of the range ski's. A great ski to learn on in small surf.

Time Machine (1)- Designed for Multi-Sport events with rough water e.g.Upper Murray Challenge. Also a good transition from a TK1 before you try the K1. Not to be used in the ocean.

Arrow (1)- Similar to the Time Machine, this one has a foot plate, making it more comfortable than the pedal system, good for shorter people e.g. 6ft and over won't fit in.

Advanced boats

Renegade Surf Ski (1)- This is a regulation SLSA surf ski, it's length is not adjustable, should fit someone between 5 9' -5 11". It's tippy (as my brother in-law has demonstrated) but great practice for your stability or an option for racing if you haven't purchased a surf ski yet.

Robberg Express (1)- A great ocean paddler for any where, made for people under 80Kg, it's adjustable and is perfect for racing or just exploring the open water.
