The Vigor Membership offers access to a comprehensive and diverse array of exercise sessions for all abilities. The weekly exercise timetable on the home page has outdoor and indoor sessions, the indoor sessions come with an extra charge but members get a discount (details below). The membership also entitles the members to discounts on all clinic services and with our Sponsors. The Vigor Membership costs $99 for the year, from the date you join. Group Exercise Philosophy
The Vigor philosophy is to educate the client on correct exercise techniques and habits to reduce the risk of injury and illness. Too many fitness providers fail to encourage sustainable exercise approaches that lead to the client's long term health and fitness. The Vigor team aims to break down barriers often confronted by the general public when it comes to participation in sport. If you want to improve your running, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking or swimming, we are here to help. We also offer indoor classes for your recovery and maintenance, so come try a strength or stretch class.
How it Works
To participate in the indoor sessions at the Vigor Studio you pay $10 for your first visit, after this you can buy a 'Vigor Group Exercise Pass' (VGEP), there is no expiry and you can share the pass with your partner. There is a $15 charge for one off visits but we encourage the VGEP as it doesn't expire and it takes time to learn all the exercises. The indoor sessions include Spin, Strength and Stretch classes as well as the Wednesday or Saturday morning rides if it rains and we have to go indoors for a indoor session instead of the outdoor ride. (Note: Prices include GST) To participate in the outdoor sessions you will need to become a Vigor Member. This includes professionally coached running, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking and swimming group sessions for everyone. The easiest way to get started is to come to one of the sessions and talk to the coaches/instructors to start the learning process. As the months progress, your confidence grows with the knowledge you gain at each session. In time you'll be well equipped to exercise how you want and most importantly you'll be loving it!!
