Nutritional Philosophy
 Karina and Liam take a common sense approach to getting the diet right. Naturopaths have 4 years of nutritional study, having both also completed Health Science degrees prior to specialising as Naturopaths, Karina and Liam have gained a greater insight into the intricacies of the human diet. The focus here is on improving the current diet. It’s easy to form bad habits, miss something in your diet or adapt dietary changes from a bad source of information. By going through your diet in detail, we can make specific suggestions for you to improve on your current diet. These changes are usually quite simple but can make all the difference to your health, energy levels and performance. The changes you make today could well be the changes that prevent you from being another statistic in the diabetes epidemic, high cholesterol and heart disease, cancer and many other unpleasant conditions that dominate the aging population.
